These will not cause a Check Engine Light (CEL) or emissions warning as the secondary catlytic converters are not monitored. However, they will reduce the emissions effiency of your vehicle's exhaust system.
 
Some cars are equipped with emissions particulate filters called otto partikelfilter (OPF) or gasoline particulate filters (GPF).
Non-OPF/GPF is for cars that do not have emissions particulate filters.
With OPF/GPF is for cars that do have emissions particulate filters.
